If so, please read on! Weyland Ventures is looking to hire experienced Property Facilities Technician to join our Maintenance Team. Benefits Competitive wages Company cell phone provided Mileage per diem 401k Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Uniform shirts provided Position Summary This position maintains and repairs facilities for commercial and multi-unit residential properties, executes work orders in a timely manner, and ensures the properties maintain excellent curb appeal and first impressions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Surveys buildings, ensuring consistency with health and safety standards. Conducts general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance install, drywall repair, windows, etc.) Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Shares on-call rotation Other duties as assigned. Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments homes for move-ins. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum high school or GED required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems Knowledge of OSHA regulations are a plus! Previous experience as a maintenance technician Deadline, detail, and customer service-oriented Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (position requires local travel) Are you ready to join our team?
