Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Supervise contractors during maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00- $20.
