Job Description:
Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English Required Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Required Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Required Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes Required Knowledge of safe handling tools and equipment Required Basic Microsoft Office computer skills Required Proficient in the operation of gas and electric outside equipment and tools Preferred Ability to read and understand work orders Required Ability to enter data in CMMS System Required Complete all work as assigned
Required Education:
High School Grad or Equiv Required Work Experience:
1+ year experience in healthcare setting
Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
Driver's License (DL)

Pay Range:
