Responsibilities:
Daily inspection of grounds, parking lots, and common areas. Prioritizes completing work orders and other required tasks in a timely manner as they are reported from Staff or residents. Perform preventative maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis. Completes turnover process of vacant units by scheduling vendors and making necessary repairs to make-ready for new resident. Thrive in a continuously changing, fast paced learning and working environment. Take pride in the standards and services delivered to residents. Communicate any health and/or safety concerns immediately to management. Receives and respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled after-hour on-call shifts to ensure a high-quality resident experience for residents.
Requirements:
2+ years of maintenance experience. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detail oriented. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc. Basic computer/phone skills for receiving and completing work orders. Available after hours in case of emergency. Have a valid driver's license. Must pass background check, drug, and physical screening.
