Job Duties:
Performs daily cleaning of classrooms, hallways, and offices such as; dusting, taking out trash, cleaning windows, vacuuming, and keeping the soap and paper towel dispensers full. Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of restrooms. Performs minor repairs and assists with major repairs. Performs dry walling, painting, installing ceiling tiles, minor plumbing, and assemble and deliver furniture, and setup rooms for special events. Maintains grounds by mowing, weed-eating, picking up trash, and snow removal. Performs floor maintenance such as; shampooing carpet, sweeping, moping, stripping floors, waxing, and buffing. Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications:
1 to 2 years Experience Preferred.
