RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather and empty trash Maintain the interior and exterior of the designated building(s) Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Sanitize, clean, and restock restrooms Secure building(s) by locking doors Utilize appropriate equipment to clean various hazards Complete emergency tasks promptly Order cleaning supplies as needed Conduct minor building repairs and fixes Communicate with managers regarding major repairs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals is a plus Follow written and verbal instructions carefully and thoroughly May need to stand for long periods May need to bend, squat, push, and pull Strong attention to detail Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
