Job Description
Job Summary This role would start out as contracted work, doing installs and service repairs. Later, the option for full-time employment with benefits would open up. (Pay will be $25-35/Hour, plus 10% of the job profit.) Responsibilities Install, service, repair and replace garage doors, door openers, and associated hardware using hand tools and power tools Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and building plans to ensure precise installation and fabrication Conduct metal stud framing, trim carpentry, caulking, fixture installation, and cabinet installation as needed for seamless setups Perform basic electrical work related to door operators and safety sensors while ensuring compliance with electrical codes Provide excellent customer service by explaining work processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project Possible commercial experience/ storage unit installs Requirements 4+ years experience in garage door installation Have your own power tools Ability to diagnose problems independently Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites with metal stud framing or remodeling projects Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Your own reliable vehicle Have your own business insurance Join our growing company as we set the standard for professionalism and workmanship in the industry!
