Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician.
Maintenance Technician Job Details Schedule:
Rotating 36/48 schedule, working every other weekend. Overtime is mandatory when required.
Pay Rate:
$36.00-$40.00/hr
Location :
Walton, KY Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications Resume and interview required. High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required. Manufacturing experience required. Computer systems and forklift experience required. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems preferred. Knowledge of plastics or polymer manufacturing equipment is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to communicate in English. No rideshares or couples. Must pass a background check (no theft, violent, sexual, drug charges, or felonies). About the Maintenance Technician Role As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production and plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment calibrations. Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment. Document maintenance activities, downtime, and parts usage in the CMMS. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Communicate equipment status and repair updates with production and maintenance teams. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
