Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry)
• Completing duties in a timely manner
• Conducting preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintaining grounds and common areas
• Assisting with apartment turnovers and minor renovations
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience required (healthcare and senior living preferred)
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Must submit to drug test and background check
