Frierson, LA Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours emergency response as needed Keep Our Facilities Running. Keep Our Operations Moving. CNC Oilfield Services is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, appearance, safety, and functionality of our facilities, yards, grounds, and support buildings. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and minor repairs while coordinating and managing outside contractors for larger or specialized repair projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping facilities organized, safe, and operating efficiently. We are looking for someone who can identify problems, take initiative, and ensure repairs are completed properly from start to finish. What You'll Do Facility Maintenance Perform routine inspections of offices, shops, yards, warehouses, and company properties Complete minor maintenance and repair work including: Painting and touch-up work Basic plumbing repairs Minor carpentry projects Door, lock, and hardware repairs Lighting replacement Basic HVAC maintenance and filter changes Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and management Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for company facilities Grounds & Property Upkeep Ensure company grounds, parking areas, fencing, gates, and exterior spaces remain clean, safe, and professional Coordinate lawn care, landscaping, weed control, and seasonal property maintenance Monitor facilities for safety hazards and required repairs Vendor & Contractor Coordination Evaluate repair needs and determine when outside vendors are required Obtain quotes and coordinate service providers Schedule and oversee contractors performing work on company property Ensure vendor work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule Verify work quality before approving project completion Maintain relationships with maintenance vendors and service providers Project & Administrative Support Track maintenance requests, repairs, and facility projects Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and vendor services Assist with budgeting and forecasting maintenance expenses Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and materials Support facility improvement and capital projects as needed Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, property management, or related experience Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience coordinating contractors and vendors Experience in industrial, trucking, oilfield, manufacturing, or commercial facilities Trade certifications or technical training Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable performing hands-on repairs Organized and detail-oriented Skilled at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously Professional when working with employees, vendors, and contractors Focused on safety and quality workmanship Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work both indoors and outdoors Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to work in varying weather conditions Why Join CNC Oilfield Services?
