Job Description

We are one of the premier swimming pool service, repair, and renovation companies in the South Shore New Orleans Metro area, and we're growing. We're looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job — this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, growing industry. No experience required. We will train the right person.
What You'll Do:
Service and maintain a weekly route of 40-60 residential pools. Test and balance water chemistry. Clean, inspect, and ensure pools are operating properly. Communicate professionally with customers and management. Take ownership of your route and deliver consistent quality work.

Competitive pay:
$20-$30/hour based on performance.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and dependable — shows up and gets the job done. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Good communication skills with customers and team. Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. Physically active (lifting, walking, working in heat).
Requirements:
Valid Louisiana Driver's License (clean driving record required). Ability to use a smartphone for job tracking and communication. Must be comfortable around water and able to swim.
