This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in transforming apartments into beautiful, move-in-ready homes for our residents. The primary focus of this position is make-readies (unit turns) —preparing apartments for new residents with repairs, touch-ups, and attention to detail. When units are caught up and ready to go, you'll jump in with the maintenance team to assist with work orders and property upkeep . What You'll Do Make-Ready / Unit Turn Focus Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make-ready repairs and touch-ups Painting, drywall repairs, light carpentry, and general unit prep Ensure apartments are clean, safe, and move-in ready Work with the maintenance supervisor to keep turns on schedule Maintenance Support Assist with resident work orders when make-readies are caught up Help with minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Perform preventative maintenance tasks Help maintain clean and inviting grounds, pools, and common areas What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Basic skills in painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical Dependable transportation and basic tools A positive attitude and strong work ethic Someone who enjoys being part of a team that takes pride in their property Why GC Multifamily?
