Job Description

Job Overview Seeking experienced part-time on-site maintenance technician for an apartment complex located in Kaplan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years maintenance related experience. This role will be responsible for completing assigned work orders for repairs. Duties include repairs to appliances, plumbing, light electrical, sheetrock, carpentry, etc. Other administrative support services will include completion of work order scope of work descriptions and maintaining parts and storage areas to facilitate efficient working conditions. This position will work closely with the apartment manager and the regional operations manager and could also provide assistance with various task or special projects as needed. Qualifications Organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Time Management skills Use of basic hand tools Knowledge of routing maintenance repairs such as changing hot water heaters, installing appliances, repairing sheetrock, and replacing receptacles. Dependable transportation Experience Previous multi-family apartment maintenance experience Customer Service oriented
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
