Job Description
We are currently hiring a reliable, full-time Pool Cleaner to join our daily route team. Absolutely no prior experience is required—we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate. Job Requirements Weather tolerance : Must be comfortable and capable of working outdoors in all extreme weather conditions, including heavy summer heat and winter cold. Physical stamina :
Must be able to consistently lift, push, and carry 50+ lbs of equipment and chemicals throughout the day. Core Responsibilities Drive a service vehicle safely to daily residential and commercial locations.Perform standard routine maintenance, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying pump baskets.Test water chemistry and safely apply necessary chemical treatments.Maintain accurate logs of services provided and communicate any equipment issues to management. Mental aptitude : This role requires problem-solving skills, basic math for calculating chemical dosages, and the ability to learn and troubleshoot water filtration systems. Clean driving record: This is strictly mandatory for operating company vehicles. Early start : Must be highly dependable and ready to begin the shift promptly at 7:00 AM. to 5:00 PM. (unless done with route to standard) Most finish around 3:00. Compensation, Benefits & Career Growth

Starting Salary:
$32,500 per year.Certification:
This position offers a direct path to earning your nationally recognized Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) credential, fully sponsored by the company.Direct Healthcare Access:
