In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, appliance systems, and up keep of lawn at property (mowing, weed eating, and blowing of leaves ) Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform apartment make-readies andrepairs Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Troubleshoot complex issues related to HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning, and mechanical systems repair with precision. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. system inspections in compliance with operational procedures. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety across all facilities. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration systems, and mechanical systems repair. Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), construction projects, and equipment installation. Demonstrated ability to operate HVAC/R systems effectively and perform air conditioning repairs. Customer service skills that enable clear communication with team members and clients regarding maintenance needs or issues. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety adherence during maintenance activities.
