Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Specialist to join our janitorial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of hard flooring and carpeted areas.

MUST HAVE FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH LIMITED OR NO SUPERVISION

Key Responsibilities:

Perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and polishing hard floors to ensure a clean, shiny finish. Condition and clean carpeted areas using extractors, carpet shampoo machines, and other specialized equipment. Inspect floors and carpets regularly to identify areas that need attention. Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and methods to maintain floor and carpet quality. Ensure all equipment, including extractors and carpet shampoo machines, is properly maintained and stored. Run periodic trash / recycle route. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred. Familiarity with floor care equipment and cleaning solutions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment.
