Harper's Ferry Apartments on Vintage Drive in Kenner, LA is seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role responds to resident maintenance requests and prepares apartments for new resident move-ins, working a consistent 28 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders: basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. Turn vacant units according to company procedures to ensure move-in readiness for new residents. Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate work order documentation. Communicate professionally with residents and property staff; follow safety and property procedures. Other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Prior maintenance experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or similar. Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks. Strong problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Tools and reliable transportation are also required.
