Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including painting, caulking, cleaning ptacs etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (to some extent)
• Maintain and update maintenance records
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
