We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure that our facilities are kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds. Conduct inspections to identify issues and address them promptly. Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks. Assist with preventative maintenance schedules and recordkeeping. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, tools, and supply storage. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance, facility operations, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of basic repair techniques (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.). Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.

Compensation:

$15-$30 per hour, based on experience
