Responsibilities Perform routine inspections on refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration issues promptly to minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation equipment, and other building systems with precision. Lead small maintenance projects or construction tasks as needed, ensuring safety standards are met throughout the process. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and improve overall facility operations. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with equipment repair across various systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical components, and mechanical machinery. Knowledge of construction practices is a plus for supporting renovation or installation projects. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members or coordinate maintenance efforts effectively.
