JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Property Maintenance Technician The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the overall maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the property.
This position requires a reliable, hands-on individual who can assist with daily maintenance operations, complete apartment turns, vendor coordination, and emergency maintenance needs. This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new luxury apartment community during lease-up and help shape its long-term success. We are seeking a hands-on maintenance professional who will be the property's Lead Maintenance Technician and oversee day-t0-day maintenance operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with construction site needs, including material cleanup and general support as needed.
  • Complete full apartment turns, including extensive cleaning, painting, appliance repairs, and coordination with vendors/supervisors on all appliance replacement orders and installation orders to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
  • Perform daily grounds maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping needs, and general exterior cleanup as needed
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
  • Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and appropriately
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of building amenities, common areas, interiors, and exteriors.
  • Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and oversee vendor work when assigned.
  • Treat all residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues with professionalism concern, and care.
  • Help maintain safe working conditions for employees, residents, and vendors by addressing safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other duties as assigned Minimum qualifications:
  • Previous property maintenance experience preferred
  • HVAC experience preferred
  • Experience with light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting preferred
  • Self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and professionally communicates
  • Strong work ethic with the highest level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, climb on and off ladders, and not afraid of heights
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Must be available for on-call rotation, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$25.00
