Position Overview Reporting to the Environmental Health and Safety manager, the Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for tracking and reordering supplies in the warehouse. This role will monitor and repair College Equipment and perform general maintenance duties on equipment, facilities and grounds as needed. Key Responsibilities Establishes and maintains a working inventory of all materials used in the Facilities Management Department using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Enters and maintains a computer database of all parts in inventory and tracks where they are used. Inventories all machinery and tools owned by the College and assigns as needed to responsible party. Checks and repairs all equipment when returned to the tool crib. Oversees shipping and receiving of all incoming and outgoing parcels. Maintains work area in orderly status and informs AVP of Facilities when supplies are needed. Assists with furniture and equipment assembly as needed. Completes work orders for equipment and building repairs when required Responds to weather related emergencies, such as floods, snow, ice, etc. Works with EH&S manager to keep accurate records for EPA and OSHA regulations Performs other duties as needed to meet the needs and goals of the department and College. Community Engagement Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and all other hands-on-deck gatherings. Show spirit of collaboration and community involvement, including volunteering when possible. Reporting Structure Reports to the Environmental Health and Safety Manager with general supervision. Qualifications and Skills Must be computer literate; experience with a CMMS preferred Must have own transportation with a valid driver's license Able to lift up to 70 lbs. Strong communications and customer service skills Detail oriented and accurate record keeping Basic knowledge of building infrastructure Basic knowledge of all trades and power tools Prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred Ability to respond to snow emergencies. Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Effective Date of Current Version:
May 2026 In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and external market data when determining pay. The final hourly rate is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base pay only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
