9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (post-probation)On-Call Rotation:
3-week rotation (includes $20/day stipend) Role Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple facility-related tasks. Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs, cleaning, and organization Support workspace, conference rooms, and common area setup and cleanliness Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and supplies Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues as needed Support health and safety compliance, including emergency systems and protocols Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and workspace reconfiguration Maintain and reorder facility supplies and inventory Respond to employee facility service requests Ensure proper operation of heating, cooling, and lighting systems Support sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and energy efficiency Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, painting & plastering, electrical) Concrete repair and installation experience preferred Experience with facility management software (ServiceZone or similar) preferred High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar role Ability to work in conditions requiring standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environmentsPay Details:
