Job Responsibilities:
Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip Communicate with internal teams' necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other servicesJob Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Team orientated player with ability to work independently Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Open to weekend and after hour shiftsBenefits:
