Job Description
Maintenance Technician Basic plumbing, electrical and minor HVAC Preventative maintenance including a daily physical walk through all areas to seek out potential problems Clean up in the event of spills, accidents or other issues Preparation and painting of designated areas including patching and scraping walls and taping windows Removal or relocation of large/heavy items such as furniture or storage boxes Regular and seasonal grounds keeping including lawn, shrub, snow removal salting sidewalks etc Call rotation required Perform duties of Maintenance Assistant when necessary Assist in emergency situations Other duties as required High school diploma or equivalent One year Maintenance experience required Valid Massachusetts Drivers License General knowledge of HVAC systems plumbing and electrical highly desirable
