Job Description
Property Maintenance Technician Island Creek Oysters (ICO) is a mission-driven company working to redefine the role of aquaculture in our global food system. We grow thriving coastal communities, and through innovation and education, we connect people to bold boundary-pushing seafood. We live by our values, work hard, and have fun doing it. We believe in what we do- and we say thank you. Situated on Duxbury Bay, our eleven-acre headquarters and shellfish farm serves as the hub for our aquaculture operations. This dynamic property is home to our core team, two unique dining venues, and a variety of commercial tenants. Island Creek Oysters is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our hospitality, waterfront, aquacultural, and operational properties. Reporting to the Property Director, this position performs preventative and reactive maintenance, general repairs, seasonal work, snow and ice removal, and project support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking initiative. The technician will organize day-to-day work within priorities established with the Property Director and communicate issues that require additional direction or resources. Success requires dependability, sound judgment, and pride in keeping Island Creek's properties safe, functional, and well maintained.
