Help Keep a Facility Running That Supports Critical Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Earn $19.04 - $28.56 per hour plus competitive benefits If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly, this is an opportunity to join a team that supports the production of precision components used in pharmaceutical applications around the world. From facility maintenance and equipment upkeep to vendor coordination and shipping support, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, efficient workplace while contributing to products that help improve lives. Job Summary This position provides onsite facility and equipment support to keep operations running smoothly. You'll perform routine building maintenance and seasonal upkeep, complete pest-control checks and required documentation, pick up and deliver supplies, support shipping & receiving activities (including labeling and equipment operation), and coordinate external vendors for grounds and facility services.
What You'll Do:
Building maintenance: Perform routine repairs and upkeep (e.g., wall and floor repairs, painting, installing items on walls, replacing light bulbs and door hardware, replacing batteries in motion sensors, and maintaining clear walkways during winter conditions). Operate and maintain floor-cleaning equipment. Support the machine shop and cleanroom with weekly/monthly equipment maintenance.
Pest/insect control:
Check mouse traps, insect traps, and bug lights; maintain logs and complete documentation as required.
Driving/errands:
Maintain a valid driver's license and safely operate a company vehicle (as assigned) to pick up building supplies and transport items to/from vendors. Shipping & receiving: Inspect and document airflow. Apply labels to needles for shipment. Operate a forklift and scissor lift to load/unload supplies (as trained/authorized). Document daily inspections of air compressors.
Vendor coordination:
Coordinate work with outside vendors to meet site needs (e.g., grounds, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, telecommunications, alarm systems, waste management, janitorial/cleaning, and pest-control services). What You'll Bring:
HS Diploma or GED 1-3 years facilities or general maintenance experience; learning shipping/forklift/vendor coordination Valid Driver's License Ability to conduct visual and physical inspection of equipment and facilities. This will require the use of hand tools and power tools along with required personal protective equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to learn new job duties and new technologies. Must have ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/push/pull/position objects up to 35 pounds. Fluency in English language is required. Willingness to schedule meetings with engineers and technicians to collaborate on equipment failures and improvement opportunities.

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $19.04-$28.56 hourly. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
