Job Description

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the maintenance tech is responsible for completing assigned maintenance projects, as well as daily maintenance tasks for the Easton Branch. He/she has a direct effect on the efficient operation of the branch programs. This person will provide a healthy, safe and clean environment. He/she will reflect and display the values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
Requirements:
High school graduate Knowledge of basic maintenance requirements Able to lift 50 pounds Able to do three flights of stairs Must be able to walk, stand, bend and stoop Shoveling to accommodate needs Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
