Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to assist with day-to-day property management operations for residential properties located in Fitchburg, MA. This role involves handling maintenance requests, performing general repairs, and helping keep properties in good condition for tenants.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and complete maintenance and repair requests Perform general handyman tasks (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Assist with routine property inspections and upkeep Help maintain the overall condition and safety of properties Communicate with property management regarding completed work and needed repairs
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic handyman / maintenance experience Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and carry maintenance equipment as needed Preferred (Not Required): Owning your own tools Prior property maintenance or property management experience
