to join their team. As a Facilities Technician/DOOR SPECIALIST, you will be part of the Facility Management team supporting operations across a large, diverse campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Harvard, MA What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of door and access control systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Perform mechanical inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on doors, gates, and related hardware. Install, configure, and maintain electronic access control components such as mag locks, proximity sensors, and key access systems. Support general maintenance activities including minor plumbing, painting, and furniture repairs. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standards across the facility. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems, especially doors and access hardware. Knowledge of brands such as Stanley, Dormakaba, Tormax, Chase, ASI, Schlage, or similar. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot door and gate systems effectively. Strong computer skills including Gmail, Google Docs, Word, and Excel. What's in it for me? Opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing environment supporting critical manufacturing operations.
