Maintenance Technician

Pool Maintenance Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) Position Overview Easton Select Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair swimming pools and spas. Whether you have pool industry experience or have worked in maintenance, construction, landscaping, plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, or a similar hands-on trade, we'd love to hear from you. This is a field-based position where you'll work outdoors, visit customer locations, troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and help keep pools operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Perform routine pool maintenance and inspections Test and balance pool water chemistry Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing components Complete pool openings, closings, and seasonal services Communicate with customers about service work and repair recommendations Maintain accurate service records and work orders Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude Pool industry experience is a plus but not required Plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC, automotive, landscaping, or maintenance experience is helpful Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Overtime may be available during peak season Seasonal and year-round positions may be available depending on location What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Company-paid life insurance Opportunities for training, growth, and advancement About Easton Select Group Easton Select Group is a family-owned organization with a 50-year history of providing pool construction, service, maintenance, and backyard leisure solutions.
