Andover, MA Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience Join a dedicated maintenance team supporting three well-maintained apartment communities totaling approximately 150 units. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and service-oriented Floating Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional resident service. As a member of a three-person maintenance team, you will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, prepare apartment homes for new residents, and help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the communities. Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance service requests efficiently and professionally
Perform plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
Assist with electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy
Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every three weeks
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and team members Required Qualifications Previous apartment, multifamily, or residential maintenance experience
Strong plumbing skills
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to travel between properties as needed
Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of the portfolio
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Light electrical experience
Appliance repair experience
HVAC knowledge is a plus
Experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, or property management Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
