Merrimack Valley, MA Pay Range:
$35•38/hour We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of condominium communities throughout the Merrimack Valley area. This position focuses on exterior maintenance, common areas, and community-wide projects. No apartment turns or work inside residential units.
Responsibilities:
Exterior property maintenance and repairs Painting, drywall, and minor carpentry repairs Basic plumbing, electrical and landscape Gutter cleaning and drainage maintenance Concrete and pothole repairs Signage installation and repairs Door and lock repairs Fire door inspections Maintaining curb appeal
Requirements:
3+ years maintenance, facilities, or construction experience Valid driver's license Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and landscape Truck or van to transport tools and equipment Basic hand tools Ability to work independently and travel between properties Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
