Job Description

Overview Carbon Composites, Inc., a growing company in the world of high temperature graphite furnace insulation and Carbon/Carbon composites is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our location in Leominster, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machines and equipment. Your technical skills and proactive approach will ensure minimal downtime, optimize equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for employees Ensure compliance to state and federal regulations Plan appropriate maintenance programs to reduce equipment & machines downtime. Testing, inspect and maintain equipment, machinery and tools to ensure optimum performance Maintain and review everyday logs and assist to resolve issues of tools and equipment Do the regular property maintenance and repairs Assist in training team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety practices related to industrial maintenance tasks. Search vendors for parts and place orders if needed Help other teams if needed Qualifications Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility or industrial environment as a maintenance technician Technical school background is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience Forklift experiences Background in industrial electrician experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be detail oriented Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelywork, or related technical fields is preferred.
Pay:
$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
