Maintenance Technician - No on-call rotations
Salary:
$18.00-$21.00/hr
Schedule:

Benchmark Senior Living's campus in Lincoln, MA is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. A successful candidate plays a vital role in the property's day-to-day impression on existing and prospective residents. Would be expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism while ensuring that all Benchmark maintenance policies and procedures are consistently followed.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform both minor and major repairs (light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, HVAC.) Proper use of tools, equipment and chemicals (hand tools such as drills, saws) Mail deliveries Trash removal for common areas Aid in maintaining common areas and grounds Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with our residents, coworkers, vendors and visitors
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent experience Willingness and capability to respond to site emergencies Ability to learn software application - work order system Experience with all phases of building maintenance including knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry and HVAC systems is a plus There is nothing common about The Commons in Lincoln.
