MAINTENANCE TRADES TECHNICIAN

Landings Real Estate Group

• Middleborough, MA

• As a Maintenance Trades Technician with Landings Management, LLC, you'll keep our apartment communities in Middleborough, MA running at their best — and you'll do it alongside a solid team who's got your back. This is a hands-on, trade-heavy role where your skills show. You'll handle the kind of work that matters: apartment turns and renovations, work orders, preventative maintenance, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and the breadth of work means you'll stay sharp across multiple trades.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Complete apartment turns with a focus on carpentry and skilled trades, including doors and cabinet installation, trim work, drywall, painting, and finish work. Diagnose and repair a range of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues. Complete work orders promptly and accurately, with a typical 24-hour turnaround. Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Support seasonal property needs, including snow removal and other operational tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a single skilled trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Solid carpentry skills - framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or comparable work Proficient in operating hand tools and power tools Positive attitude, organized and energetic Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus Valid driver's license Reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, crouching, and working in all weather conditions.
