Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialty decor paper used in laminate surfaces for countertops, flooring, furniture, fixtures, and other applications is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will help ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facility systems by troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Pay Range $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime available based on business needs. Some schedule flexibility may be discussed during the interview process. Location Pittsfield, MA Convenient to Lee, Westfield, Albany, and Troy. Essential Duties Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Complete scheduled maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, calibration, and replacement of worn components Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner Assist with installation, setup, and upgrades of equipment and machinery Conduct safety inspections and help maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with production, engineering, and facilities teams to support efficient operations Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements Stay current on maintenance best practices and industry developments Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Highlights Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account options available depending on medical plan selected MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
