Job Description

Westaff is searching for a Maintenance Technician for our client in Quincy, MA Benefits to our

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Client is not able to consider candidates who require sponsorship. •After probation period the schedule will be 9:30 am to 6:00pm - With 3 week
OnCall Rotation Compensation:
$35 - $40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs, cleaning, and organization. Assist in managing workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas for efficiency and cleanliness. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address issues. Support health and safety compliance by monitoring emergency systems and safety protocols. Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and workspace reconfiguration. Maintain inventory of facility supplies and reorder as necessary. Respond to facility-related service requests from employees. Ensure heating, cooling, and lighting systems are functioning properly. Support sustainability initiatives by managing waste reduction and energy efficiency efforts. 3-5 years experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar role
