Immediately Job Description Maintenance Technician Boston Higashi School | Randolph, MA Full-Time, Hourly Position| Excellent Benefits Pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications Looking for a Stable, Hands-On Job with Great Benefits? Boston Higashi School is looking for a dependable Maintenance Worker to join our facilities team. If you are handy, comfortable using tools, enjoy fixing things, and take pride in keeping buildings and grounds safe and well maintained, we would like to hear from you. You do not need to be licensed in a trade. We welcome applicants with experience in maintenance, construction, custodial work, painting, landscaping, apartment or property maintenance, or other hands-on work. What You'll Do Complete general building repairs and maintenance Assist with painting, basic carpentry, minor plumbing repairs, and other projects Respond to maintenance requests throughout the school Help maintain school buildings, equipment, and grounds Move furniture, equipment, and supplies when needed Assist with deliveries and maintaining maintenance supplies Help with snow removal and seasonal grounds work Perform some custodial work as needed Work with other members of the maintenance team on larger projects What We're Looking For Dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Some maintenance, construction, custodial, landscaping, repair, or similar experience preferred Willingness to learn Valid Massachusetts driver's license Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to perform physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds Professional and respectful when working around students and employees Why Work at Boston Higashi School?
