Participate in emergency response activities and support facility readiness initiatives.
Monitor building systems and respond to operational alarms or issues as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
Qualifications1+ years of facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience.
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
Ability to read and follow technical procedures, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
Experience using computerized maintenance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
