We are looking for a versatile Carpenter / Punch Person who can handle a variety of finish, repair, and punch-list tasks on a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate is a skilled "jack of all trades" who can jump between different tasks and get the job done right.

Skilled Trades / Construction What You'll Do Complete construction punch-list and finish work Perform painting using brush and roller Assemble and install various fixtures and components Perform drywall patches and repairs Complete concrete patching and minor repairs Make finish repairs and touch-ups Handle general carpentry and handyman tasks Identify and correct minor construction deficiencies Work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards Assist with other tasks as needed — a little bit of everything! What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Carpenter, Punch Person, Handyman, or Skilled Laborer Ability to perform a variety of construction and repair tasks Experience with painting, drywall, concrete repair, and basic carpentry Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and complete punch-list items efficiently Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Must provide your own basic hand tools and PPE Why PeopleReady Skilled Trades?
