This includes maintaining the buildings, adhering to safety polices, and performing routine cleaning tasks. This is a Full Time position located in Sharon, MA. Work Performed As a Maintenance Engineer, you are accountable for responding to maintenance requests, maintaining regulatory requirements, and performing repair tasks throughout the property. Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the building looking clean and professional Maintain all mechanical items in guestrooms and public areas Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner Adhere to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order Operate and maintain other vessels as needed for hot water kitchen steam and air conditioning Operate and maintain low-pressure boiler Operate and maintain high-pressure boiler for the Laundry operation Know how to turn on/off and adjust all HVAC systems throughout the building including the Energy Management Systems Know the locations of all sprinkler zone valves Possess knowledge of all emergency service switches and shut-off valves for electrical feeders, incoming water lines, and natural gas lines Other duties as assigned Working Environment Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel.
