High End Residential Maintenance Technician Requirements:

4 + Years of High-End Residential / Private Estate Maintenance, Handyman Work, Remodeling, Home Improvement, Finish Carpentry, or Luxury Home Construction experience required Experience with Smart Home Technology, Generators, Irrigation, Pools/Spas, or Home Automation preferred Salesforce experience is a plus Trade certs/licenses are a plus

Position Offers:

High End Residential Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

This role involves performing maintenance and repairs for luxury homes and high-end condominiums Responsibilities include general residential repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, inspections, and preventative maintenance Additional duties include supporting home improvement projects, traveling between properties throughout the Boston MetroWest and North Shore areas, documenting completed work through a mobile app, and communicating with homeowners while working in occupied homes Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
