Sign-On Bonus Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call Rotation Required (1 Week Every 4-6 Weeks) Experienced Pediatric Ventilator Clinicians Wanted Are you an experienced RRT, or RN with a strong background in pediatric ventilation, tracheostomy care, home health, and respiratory technology ? P3SG is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Ventilator Specialist to provide exceptional care and support to pediatric patients receiving complex respiratory therapy in the home setting throughout the Southborough, Massachusetts service area. This position is ideal for clinicians who thrive in an autonomous field-based environment and have hands-on experience managing ventilator-dependent pediatric patients.

Required Qualifications Must Have:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Registered Nurse (RN) Hands-on pediatric ventilator management experience Pediatric tracheostomy care experience Home Health experience Experience performing patient assessments and care planning Experience providing patient and caregiver education Experience with ventilator setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory Ability to participate in an on-call rotation Ventilator Software Experience Required Applicants must have experience using one or more of the following: Care Orchestrator Astral Similar ventilator management and compliance software platforms Strongly Preferred Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience Home Medical Equipment (HME) experience Home respiratory care experience Pediatric ventilation program experience Advanced respiratory equipment management experience Important Applicant Requirement Please read before applying This position requires hands-on experience with pediatric ventilators .
