- What You'll Do
- + Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and pneumatic system issues + Read and complete work orders using a CMMS system + Maintain rack systems, guardrails, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory + Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs + Assist fellow technicians with equipment repairs and maintenance + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders •Required Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED + 5+ years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or related trade experience (or equivalent education/experience combination) + Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring repairs, and carpentry + Experience safely operating hand and power tools + Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills + Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) •Preferred Qualifications•+ Commercial facilities maintenance experience •Physical Requirements•+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching + Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally + Work in indoor/outdoor environments with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and uneven surfaces •Why Join Us?

- $26.
