Senior Residential Window & Door Measure Technician (1099 Contractor)

Contract Position Pay:
$250 per completed measure NEEECO is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Window & Door Measure Technician to perform accurate field measurements for residential replacement windows and doors. This independent contractor role is responsible for verifying field conditions, identifying installation requirements, and ensuring products are measured correctly before ordering. Responsibilities Perform precise field measurements for residential replacement windows and doors. Evaluate job site conditions and identify installation challenges. Complete measurement reports, sketches, and photos. Verify product specifications and customer selections before orders are placed. Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, sales consultants, and installation teams. Ensure every project is measured accurately to help prevent installation delays and product reorder errors. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of residential construction, finish carpentry, or window and door installation experience. Experience measuring custom replacement windows and entry doors. Strong knowledge of installation methods, manufacturer specifications, and residential building practices. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Contractor Requirements 1099 Independent Contractor Valid Tax ID (EIN or SSN for 1099 reporting) Current Certificate of Liability Insurance Ability to travel to residential job sites.
Compensation:
$250 per completed measure
