Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech III to join a dynamic team supporting commercial and industrial facility operations in Waltham, MA. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining building equipment and supporting facility improvements while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives independently and collaborates effectively with team members and vendors to uphold safety standards and operational excellence.
Top Requirements:
