Qualified candidates must have basic knowledge of plastering, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, painting and construction.

Other requirements include:

Ability to follow written and oral instructions Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting Working both indoors and outdoors Strong communication skills (English) is required Ability to multi-task and respond in a timely manner to resident service requests Customer service skills in working with peers, supervisor, and residents Experience in maintenance is required; long term care facility a plus Must be at least 18 years old At minimum, a high school diploma or GED Hours are 8am-4pm, every other weekend
