In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of items, including minor electrical, mechanical, painting, landscaping, and plumbing components. Your expertise will help us uphold safety standards, optimize equipment performance, and support continuous production. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance activities effectively. Availability on weekends a must. Shifts are 7:30 AM to 3:00PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the property. Conduct minor repairs as needed to support equipment for facility modifications. Lead facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, or general repairs to keep the property safe and functional. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' needs promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance. Some knowledge of basic electrical experience. Experience with residential painting or general building repairs is a plus.
