The qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of apartment turnovers, general heating systems, electrical systems, plumbing repair and carpentry. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Preparing make ready vacant apartments for occupancy
• Resolve daily work order requests from residents and staff
• Perform both routine and preventative maintenance services in apartments and common areas including minor repairs that do not require the need for a license in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air issues
• Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair
• Perform general maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have own hand tools
• The ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Have a valid driver's license and live within 15 miles of Weymouth, MA
• Must be comfortable communicating with residents in a professional manner This is a full-time position, with hours between Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm We are a drug free, equal opportunity employer.
